Before pickup
You can cancel a request at any time before payment and pickup by replying to the order email or contacting us. A website request is not a charge or completed sale.
Inspect at pickup
Every order is free pickup, Staten Island/NJ. Please compare the piece with its listing and inspect its condition, capsule, card, slab, and packaging before completing the handoff. Ask any questions then; we want the condition understood on both sides.
After pickup
Because these are limited, one-off, and condition-sensitive collectibles, completed sales are generally final after inspection and handoff.
